तन्त्र means system, framework, loom. A frame that holds many threads in tension until they become one cloth. That is an accurate description of the work, and of how the house is organised.
Twenty years across engineering, security and production. He founded the studio to put the two halves of that experience under one roof: the people who make the film and the people who build the platform it lives on are usually different companies, and the seam between them is where projects go wrong.
He sets the standard on every piece of work that leaves here, writes the briefs, and signs off the delivery. If you hire the studio, he is on the call.
How the work is organised. Each department is a discipline the studio delivers, with its own standards and its own checklist.

संस्कार

रूप
The rules that make a hundred separate assets look like one company.
मञ्च
The places the brand actually lives once the film is over.
रक्षा
Locking an estate down, proving it stayed locked, and keeping it running.
मार्ग
The only department that works for individuals rather than companies.
Nothing is made until the brief is answered in writing. That rule exists because of a real project where a dozen revision rounds traced back to assumptions nobody wrote down: a brand colour sampled from a photograph instead of a guidelines document, a logo in the wrong corner for four rounds, a brief naming the wrong national holiday.
Renders are screenshotted and inspected. Safe zones, durations and loudness are asserted in code rather than eyeballed, and a render that fails those assertions does not ship. Engagements follow the same rule in a different form: every phase leaves behind a written guide, so your team can re-run it without us.
The studio takes a limited number of projects at a time. If a deadline cannot be met properly, you will hear that before you commission, not after.
